I have already posted a few pictures from Brad & Jess’s March wedding, but obviously not enough. When the best man is asking to see more pictures – you know you must have made a connection with the wedding party. The day was cool and rainy, but the bride & groom were glowing. Can’t wait to share all of the pictures with the happy couple later this week.
I love the gift that keeps giving. I met a wonderful family last year, through a referral. We did photos in May at Barnet Marine Park. In Fall, they called again and this time we included Grandma. A beautiful day at Lafarge Lake in Coquitlam. Yesterday, Julie posted a note on my Facebook page. To know that I’ve made people happy and given them memories – makes my job the best in the whole world (next to being a wife and mother).
Here is what Julie wrote: “I was thinking about you last night as I was looking through our pictures from last spring. The kids always seem to be flipping through the albums and chatting about it. It’s so unbelievable how fast kids grow! It’s such a beautiful gift to oneself to have those pictures! And for us – twice!”
Valentine’s Day represents love. Love comes in so many shapes and sizes. Engagement, weddings, that precious newborn, sibling rivalry (I mean love). 2011 was a great year for me and I was able to capture so many special moments. I am looking forward to many more of those moments in 2012. If you’ve recently gotten engaged, just had a baby, or just want to celebrate the love of your family…..let me know. I’d love to be part of that.
Stages of Life…Captured Forever
How about having your own paparazzi following you before your Grad dinner and dance? You get together the group, we pick the location, invite some parents, pose as individuals, pose as a group, PAY as a group. An economical way of getting great pictures to remember a very special occasion.
What will 2012 hold? Will it be a new job? Gradutaion, engagement, wedding, new baby, family photos, a special occasion? Let me help you to Capture the Stages of Life…Forever.
One of my favorite baby stories last year was the naming of this precious little girl. I’m sure her parents would say that joining their family was a miracle. She was born the morning after a snowfall. Purity, innocence, beauty…. Lily (lily white)
